Israel and Hezbollah via Lebanon as the negotiator have reached a decision regarding the pending prisoner exchange. It is stated that this exchange will be carried out in two phases:
Phase one will involve Hezbollah transferring to Israel the remains of any Israeli soldiers that were killed in action during the Second Lebanon War in the summer of 2006, while Israel will transfer the bodies of any Hezbollah or Palestinian operatives also lost in the war.
Phase two will be carried out approximately a month later, with Israel releasing an unreleased number of Palestinian prisoners, mainly women and minors. Additionally, a report on the four Iranian diplomats who were kidnapped and murdered during the 1980 Lebanon War will be submitted.
Hezbollah in return will release a report which will detail exactly the organizations steps to obtain information on the missing IDF pilot Ron Arad.
Then, the next day, which is the most important in many Israeli opinions – Hezbollah will finally release IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, who have been held captive for 2 years; as well as the last of any remains of other Israeli soldiers in Lebanon.

In return, Israel will release the jailed Samir Kuntar and four other Hezbollah militants who still remain alive and have been convicted of terroristic activities against Israel. There are also remains of a few dozen bodies, which include another additional eight Hezbollah operatives.

Rumors state that the swap will take place by July 12, however the question still remains – what of Gilad Shalit?
There must be some correlation between Hamas and Hezbollah....one step at a time for the Israeli government, but true to our nature as a people, we must push harder and faster for those to return home, whichever side that may be on.
