Ebay, arguably the largest auction website for consumers, sells anything from fossilized breast implants (I’m not kidding) to abstract art painted by a pet turtle named Koopa -(again, not kidding).
Now, impulsive or just ordinary people seeking that perfect addition to their collection can purchase a full sized Harrier FA2 Fighter Jet from the British Royal Navy!
This beauty was used during the years of 1987 and 1997 and served with all three Fleet Air Arm Harrier squadrons.

The seller Jet Art, specializes in aviation themed furniture, collectibles and as shown above - very large lawn ornaments.
For those who are wondering; this plane is not able to be flown any longer and is only externally complete to static display and museum standards. It does not have an engine installed.
It sold for the following amounts to a lucky bidder who wished to remain anonymous:
26,100 GBP (British Pounds)
51,355 USD (United States)
136,576 NIS (Israel)
1,744,504 INR (Indian Rupees)
Hmm...I guess you really can buy anything on Ebay.
